Who is responsible

The data controller is Volodymyr Kovalenko, Estonia, operator of PriceWatch Lite. Contact: volodymyr.kovalenko.1993@gmail.com.

What we collect

Account data: email address and a hashed password (managed by our authentication provider).
Monitoring data: the URLs you add, detected prices, your own prices and alert settings.
Billing data: subscription status and identifiers from our payment provider. We never see or store card numbers.
Technical logs: IP address for rate limiting and security, kept for a short period.

Why we use it

To provide the service (monitoring, alerts, billing), keep it secure and prevent abuse. Legal basis: performance of contract and legitimate interest (security).

Processors

Supabase — database and authentication (EU region recommended).
Resend — transactional email delivery.
Creem — payments, as merchant of record.
Hosting providers for the web application and background worker.

Retention

Account and monitoring data are kept while your account exists. Free plan price history is kept for about 30 days. Logs and technical records are deleted after 30 days.

Your rights

You can access, export (CSV on paid plans), correct or delete your data. Email us at volodymyr.kovalenko.1993@gmail.com from your account address to request deletion. You may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

We only use cookies that are strictly necessary for signing in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
