Terms of Service

1. The service

PriceWatch Lite ("we", "the service") monitors publicly accessible product web pages that you add and notifies you about price changes. The service is provided to businesses and individuals acting in a professional capacity.

2. Your account

You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You may only monitor pages in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular:

  • only public pages may be monitored;
  • no CAPTCHA bypass;
  • no private scraping (pages behind logins, dashboards or paywalls);
  • no circumvention of access controls;
  • no abusive traffic;
  • no illegal monitoring.

We may pause monitoring of any page or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Plans and payment

Paid plans (Starter €9.99/month, Pro €19.99/month) are billed monthly in advance through our reseller and merchant of record, Creem, which may add applicable taxes. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Downgrades never delete data; products above the new plan limit are paused.

5. Accuracy

Prices are extracted automatically from third-party websites and may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. Do not rely on the service as the sole basis for pricing decisions. We do not guarantee that any page can be monitored.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Checks may be delayed during maintenance or when target sites are slow or unavailable.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms and will notify you by email of material changes.
